The National Honor Patrol Award encourages patrols to have identity, spirit, be active, to do Good Turns and service projects, complete rank advancement, wear the uniform, be organized, participate with the troop, and grow. It is earned by Boy Scouts who are members of a qualifying patrol.

Your patrol can earn the award by doing the following over a period of three months:
The National Honor Patrol Award is an embroidered star worn beneath the patrol medallion, and will spotlight a patrol as a high-standard group. Help your patrol become a National Honor Patrol. View the change list (history) of these requirements. The text of these requirements may be locked. In that case, they can only be edited by an administrator. Please note any errors found in the above requirements on this article's Talk Page. |
Notes
- This award was once known as the "Baden-Powell Patrol Award."
- The National Honor Patrol Award emblem is worn beneath the patrol emblem on the right sleeve of the uniforms of Scouts in the qualifying patrol. If earned more than once, the award emblems encircle the patrol emblem.
