- Per the BSA: You should read the merit badge pamphlet on the subject. Merit badge pamplets are available at your local Scout Shop or online at ScoutStuff.org.
- Cycling merit badge is on the Eagle Scout required list (requirement 3.j.). It is one choice of a group of three merit badges on the list: the other two choices are Hiking and Swimming.
