Black and White

Is the Merit Badge Application is available in Black on White? One could use blue paper in their printer and print it very close to the original, instead of the printer either interpreting the blue as gray, or a color printer using blue ink and making the subsequent writing on it indecipherable. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Rk.phd (talkcontribs) July 22, 2010. See Merit Badge application or Blue Card... in other words, that actual article where this image is used. —RWSmith (Bureaucrat), 04:07, July 22, 2010 (EDT)
