Update, why deleted? Well, I went crazy –I do that, from time to time– and (basically) re-wrote the "usefullness" part of this policy to "fit" this website. The only part of the "message" that I did delete, got put over here (for administrative reference only). Since this is a wiki, there is no Submit New Resource Links on this website... but, it is over on MeritBadge.Com. And, more importantly, there's no need for it here since anybody who registers can add or edit [unprotected] pages. (Commercial links are still welcome.)
