Awards to MOVE

- I moved the Unit Leader Award of Merit from "Leader Awards" to "Honor Awards" to reflect that you are nominated/awarded the knot. The Leader knots are generally earned and leaders submit for their own recognition.

- QUESTION - Should we move the "Distinguished Commissioner Service Award" from "Honor Awards" to "Leader Awards". I say this because it's not really a "nominating situation". Councils can setup training standards, but those are standards for everyone. This knot seems more parrellel to the normal leader award knots and less like the Awards of Merit.

I should mention I did the one move because I was asked by someone to submit their name for an award of merit. They had clearly earned it, but they didn't realize it was different than the other leader awards that they could pursue themselves.  :)

Awards to add

See, then knot detail... We need to include that full list. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Scouterdennis (talkcontribs) October 26, 2008. (Please, sign and date your posts on talk pages.)
