This page seems to be a cut and paste from the troop committee page with a few minor modifications. The Troop and Team programs a quite a bit different however.
Case in point, by the time a young man is a Varsity Scout, he has probably been in a troop for three years already, as such, the advancement chair's responsibility probably shouldn't be focused on getting them to first class in the first year. Further, Varsity scouts shouldn't be focused on traditional troop advancement. As a former coach, that feels more like a by product of the program.
Is there any other documentation that pulls out the responsibilities of a Team specific committee any better any where?
