Notes

• Highlight color "Hl" templates can be added. Here's a list of the ones we have, so far:

• Use {{Hl1}} for highlighting columns
• Use {{Hl2}} for horizontal sub-headings
• Use {{Hl3}} for horizontal main headings
• Use {{Hl4}} for highlighting rows
• Use {{Hl5}} for highlighting rows

• In the final version, the templates should be eliminated with subst:.
