Usage

This template must always and only be:

• applied by regular, established Contributors or Administrators;
• substituted; and
• placed on the offending User's talk page.

Variables

• Automatic var "PAGENAME" equals the name of the page where the template is being used
• var1 equals the signature of the User who applied the template
