Created:1997
Level:All

The Jamboree On The Air-Jamboree on the Internet is an annual Scouting (and amateur radio event) sponsored by the World Scout Bureau of the World Organization of the Scout Movement utilizing computers, the internet, and amateur radio. It is held annually on the third weekend of October. Thousands of Scouts participate online and with amateur radio stations, sometimes with a physical radio, sometimes using internet radio interfaces.

When worn on the uniform shirt, it is centered on the right pocket as a temporary patch.
