Serving as Leave No Trace Trainer can apply towards Positions of Responsibility requirements for Star and Life in a Boy Scout troop or Varsity Scout team; the position can apply towards Eagle effective January 1, 2010 in a Boy Scout troop only.

Selection: Appointed Selected by: Senior Patrol Leader or Varsity Team Captain Reports to: Assistant Senior Patrol Leader or Varsity Team Captain

Leave No Trace Trainer is an official youth troop/team position of responsibility, effective January 1, 2010.

Requirements

Responsibilities:

• Sets a good example
• Enthusiastically and correctly wears the Scout uniform (all four parts).
• Shows scout spirit
