Gramatical error
I found a gramatical error on this page, but the page is locked so I can't fix it. In the section "What is the primary source of advancement requirements?", the last sentence of the first paragraph reads "The are two exceptions to this rule:". I think you meant "There are two exceptions to this rule:". Scoutaholic
