Outdoor Ethics ServiceThis recognition takes the form of an insignia on the outdoor ethics award name tag and is presented to any individual who completes one of the following:
This recognition is presented to adults upon authorization from the Scout Executive or designee upon the recommendation of the council outdoor ethics advocate or other authorized individual at the local council level. The recognition is presented to youth upon application by their unit leader.
