Requirements Conflict

The merit badge requirements listed on the Communications Exam do not match the requirements listed on the merit badge page.

In "Communications Badge Req. 3" There is a requirement on talking on the telephone, but any telephone reqirement is not listed on the communications merit badge page.

Numbering Error

The numbering of the requirements reset after the second requirement. Please delete after it is fixed.
