Requirements Conflict

The merit badge requirements listed on the Communications Exam do not match the requirements listed on the merit badge page.

In "Communications Badge Req. 3" There is a requirement on talking on the telephone, but any telephone reqirement is not listed on the communications merit badge page.

Removal of cheat sheet and out of date links
