==Online vs Classroom training==
I am wondering if the text and chart on the training subject are correct. I am a new Pack Trainer and am trying to ensure that all leaders in my pack are fully trained. My question relates to "Position Specific Training." The text of the "What Makes a Leader Trained" topic says that Position Specific Training is TAUGHT in CLASSES (i.e. not online). The accompanying chart on that topic as well as this "New Leader Training" topic also suggests that it Position Specific Training available only through Classes.

Yet if one looks at their training profile / history on scouting.org, clearly there is on-line position specific training available. Is online position specific training now sufficient? If so these pages on meritbadge.org should be updated or clarified.
