It should reference http://meritbadge.org/wiki/index.php/Knot#Whipping_and_Fusing_rope, but instead is incorrectly referencing http://meritbadge.org/wiki/index.php/Knot#Whipping_and_Fusing (note the missing "_rope" text for the bookmark/anchor.
