greetings and thanks for the incredible resource that is meritbadge.org. I just created an account and this is my first proposed edit. My son is just getting ready to cross over into Boy Scout and I was just scanning what is ahead. I noticed an error in the anchor tag for item 4a. dealing with whipping and fusing a rope the original links to #Whip_and_Fuse while the actual anchor on the knots page is #Whip_and_Fuse_rope. I know this is minor, but whip and fuse is literally at the bottom of the page. I almost abandoned scrolling to look for it.

Error in Tenderfoot Worksheet

Hi everyone,

My son just earned his Scout rank and so I was looking to see what the requirements are for Tenderfoot. We've used the worksheets in the past while he was a Cub Scout and thought they were great!

I noticed a problem with the Hiking section of the Online Resources section. They are a copy and paste of the Knots section:

4: Knots:

  • Knot Videos: Basics - Basics2 - USScouts Knots - Animated knots - More Animated Knots - Still more
  • Other Knot Links: Knots - Sea Scout Knots - Ropers Knots Page - Climbing Knots - Fishing knots - Knots Index

4c: EDGE method

5: Hiking:

  • Knot Videos: Basics - Basics2 - USScouts Knots - Animated knots - More Animated Knots - Still more
  • Other Knot Links: Knots - Sea Scout Knots - Ropers Knots Page - Climbing Knots - Fishing knots - Knots Index

6. Flag Ceremonies ...

I see that the Second Class Worksheet has a Hiking section and would think that section belongs here as well?

Thanks for the great Wiki!!
