Usage
This template indicates the independent verification that the associated file has been test and found to be free of malicious code, at the time it was scanned.
Substitution
This template must always be substituted.
Paramaters
There are two variables associated with this template:
- {{PAGENAME}} .... indicates the associated file name (where the template is placed), and
- ~~~~ .... will insert the administrator's signature, including time & date stamp. (Hence, the necessity to substitute this template.)

Categorization
Applying this template will categorize the page where applied into [[Category:Clean|{{PAGENAME}}]].
Usage Restrictions
This template must only be:
- applied by administrators, and
- placed on the file descriptions of certain uploaded files (located in the "Image:" (a.k.a., "Media") namespace).
File types
The following file types are permitted to be uploaded on this wiki:
- *.gif, *.jpg, *.jpeg, *.svg, *.png, *.pdf, *.doc, *.xls, *.ppt, *.wav, and *.mp3
- Note: Not all file types are capable of carrying a malicious payload. (More on that, later.)
