This template is not to be used as a bluff. Only use it on maintenance pages; and then, only when you (a sysop) determine it to be administratively necessary. Please note that only administrators can protect pages.

As an exception to the rule, if this messagebox (template) is used, it should be placed at the bottom of the maintenance page.
