Usage
This template must always and only be:
- applied by regular, established Contributors or Administrators;
- substituted; and
- placed on the offending User's page.
Also, this template should only be removed by the User.
Variables
- Automatic var "PAGENAME" equals the name of the page where the template is being used
- var1 equals the referenced Sysop's sig
Notes
