:Well, I fashioned this as a maintenance template for use on pages that are ''under construction'', primarily by administrators (sysops), but may be edited by any registered user. Unlike the Expand template (which would work well on a newer Scouting-related article -and- which isn't working, yet), the Workpage template is better suited for site use or guidance pages we are building. By clicking on [[:Category:Workpages|workpages]], you can see a self-updating list (category pages do that) of pages that ''currently'' have this template in use on them. The idea was, once a workpage got clean enough (for Optimist's approval?), the template would be removed. Of course, this being new, and a wiki to boot, you won't be surprised when I tell you that I haven't asked his permission. Also, the template's reference to the "talk page" actually points to the talk page for whatever article the template is located on. Any suggestions? --[[User:RWSmith|RWSmith]] 22:16, April 24, 2007 (EDT)

Well, I fashioned this as a maintenance template for use on pages that are under construction, primarily by administrators (sysops), but may be edited by any registered user. Unlike the Expand template (which would work well on a newer Scouting-related article -and- which isn't working, yet), the Workpage template is better suited for site use or guidance pages we are building. By clicking on workpages, you can see a self-updating list (category pages do that) of pages that currently have this template in use on them. --RWSmith 22:16, April 24, 2007 (EDT)
