When my dad was a boy, he wanted to be a Scout. But it was during the Depression and his dad and the others had gone into the cities to find work. So they had no Scout Master and no troop. Since I could remember, he said, "You'll get to be a Boy Scout."

All boys should get the chance to be Boy Scouts.
