I am particularly active in the Order of the Arrow as a Brotherhood member in Echockotee 200 with my sights set on becoming Lodge Secretary next year. In the summer of 2008 I had a fantastic experience as a member of Northern Tier crew OAWV-728 and the sailing adventure at Sea Base. This summer I plan on working at Woodruff Scout Reservation as an aquatics or motorboating staff member.

I have attended the 2005 National Jamboree and the 2007 World Jamboree at Hylands Park, England. I highly encourage every Scout to visit the next World Jamboree in Sweden (2011). If you cannot attend, try to work as staff; being in a foreign country for over 5 weeks with fellow Scouts from all over the world is an experience you don't want to miss out on.

In college I plan to remain active in Scouts, becoming an aquatics merit badge counselor and awards instructor. I'm debating on whether or not to join a Venturing Crew; it'll be a fantastic experience, but I'm not sure if I could balance out the workload.
